About Theresa

Hi! My name is Theresa, and I have a passion for helping others through compassionate, high-quality care. I earned my Master's in Nursing from Johns Hopkins University and have experience caring for children, older adults, and individuals with complex medical needs. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where people feel respected, comfortable, and valued. I believe the smallest acts of kindness make the biggest difference. Whether it's providing companionship, lending a helping hand, or simply being someone you can count on, I bring empathy, patience, and reliability to everyone I work with. Outside of work, I volunteer with (STOP) program and love spending time with animals, especially my dog, Pepper. I also enjoy traveling and trying new experiences and restaurants.
