Hi all! My name is Theresa and I'm an LPN. I have 26 years of experience in healthcare: 16 years as a CNA and the last 10 years as a practical nurse. My background spans long-term care, rehab, behavioral health, dialysis, and outpatient services. Alzheimer's and Dementia have not only been a major part of my professional career, but I've also experienced them personally within my own family. My last day in clinical dialysis is June 17th. I'm transitioning to private care to find a flexible schedule that allows me to continue helping others while supporting my daughter, who has unique emotional and special needs. I'm looking for roles ranging from light companionship and daily routine support to specialized, nurse-based care.
