Dear my beloved future host family, My name is Lynda. I am now 27 and I'v spent 2, 5 years working as a babysitter in an Au Pair program for the US families, a cultural exchange program with child care component. About my experience, I feel so lucky when I took care of the kids since I was a teenager. I enjoy helping the people to reach their full potential and to feel more confident in their learning journey. As an Au Pair, my responsibilities were caring children and supporting them if needed. I really like my work, as my ambition is to work in the field of caring people in the future. The best part is that I could even pick out the commonalities of the kids between different personalities. What matters most is that, even though my caring methods might change to match the children's personalities and temperament can change over time, my love & patience never wavers though each stage of the precious child's development.
