We returned home 15 mins earlier than we had said we would. When my wife and I looked through the front door windows, we saw Thinzar asleep. She woke up once we unlocked the door. We had left her with our son just starting to eat dinner. When we returned, he was still sitting in the exact same chair, watching his tablet, wearing a completely soggy, soiled diaper. What makes this even more upsetting is that Thinzar had absolutely no explanation for what happened. Our son was left sitting in a dirty diaper for an extended period of time while she was asleep. This is completely unacceptable. We trusted her to care for our child, and that trust was clearly violated. Because of this, Thinzar will not be welcomed back into our home or asked to care for our children again.
