About Tiera

Tiera was my daughter’s very first caregiver. From the first day I left her with Tiera, I felt comfort knowing she would be loved, protected, and guided through various milestones. Tiera was always incredibly organized and in command of the space and schedule. This was especially important to me as a new mom of an infant. I would tell her how the morning had gone up until the transition (wake, feed, diapering, naps, mood, etc) and she would take it from there. This gave me such peace of mind. She was also super communicative with me about upcoming milestones to expect and prepare for. I vividly remember the first time I needed to take my daughter in for a sick visit to the pediatrician- Tiera explained exactly how it would likely go down and gave me some guidance to achieve the best outcome. She quickly became the more experienced sister/aunt that I didn’t have locally but desperately needed. I also appreciate having Tiera in my home. She is another mom, through and through. She’s aware and tidy (!!!) and just makes my life easier. I feel so fortunate to have found her and continue to have her my and my daughter’s life!
