About Tierney

Hello! I'm Tierney, I am a substitute teacher working around Chicago looking for a job for the summer that could be extended past that (if family is looking for longterm). I have extensive experience working with children of all ages, including currently as a sub, I have experience working with children with disabilities, as a nanny for infants and school age children, and as a homeschool Mandarin teacher. I love creating a fun, supportive, and engaging environment where kids can learn and grow. Note: in addition to English I also speak Mandarin Chinese and would love to work with a bilingual family or one interested in introducing their child to the language! My availability is weekdays from 7 a.m. to 7pm, I can be flexible!
