Tiffany was outstanding. She immediately felt like family during the interview process and was conscientious with her communication prior to our arrival. We traveled from out of town for a family event and she met at us that hotel and immediately understood the exhaustion and frustration after a 10 hr drive. She calmed all of us and made sure mom was taken care of and cleaned up before putting her to bed. During the party the next day she fit in and was a joy to everyone but was considerate of mom not becoming too overwhelmed. During our short weekend trip she made us laugh and put everyone at ease all while providing excellent overnight care to my mom. Outstanding. We will use her again if we return to TX and she is always welcome in our home should she ever decide to visit. Mom was sad to say goodbye to Tiffany. She is extremely capable and professional.
