About Tiffany

Hi! I'm Tiffany. I have 10+ years of hands-on experience caring for children of all ages, including children on the autism spectrum. I've worked as a nanny and respite caregiver, so I'm very comfortable supporting different needs, routines, and behaviors. I'm currently a CNA and in nursing school, which has strengthened my ability to provide safe, attentive, and responsive care. I stay calm under pressure and pay close attention to changes in behavior, mood, or health. I am big on creating a calm, structured environment while still keeping things fun. I love baking with kids, doing activities, and being fully present with them. I make sure children feel safe, supported, and understood.
