Hello, My name is Tiffany! I am 28 and I have been working as a Nanny/ social worker for over 10 years now. I have worked with children of all ages and have experience with children who have hearing loss and other special needs. I took ASL in college as my foreign language. I incorporated that in my work even for hearing children as it is a great tool developmentally before they can speak verbally. I love working with kids, I have experience with various family dynamics. Some of my favorite things to do with kids include arts and crafts (age-appropriate) reading, listening to music, educational games with puzzles and letters. I strive to come up with alternatives to electronics and I am willing to help clean up after kids as needed. I am also first aid and CPR pediatric certified. My approach is child lead learning and creative play including outdoor activities weather permitting! I would love to answer any questions you may have and I look forward to connecting with future families.

Tiffany was extremely reassuring right from the start. We were leaving our seven month old for the first time and Tiffany made us feel that he would be safe, comfortable, and well cared for. She provided us with frequent updates throughout the day and followed all of our instructions. We are very pleased with the care she provided and would recommend her to any parents, especially ones who are nervous about leaving their child for the first time. Additionally, she was punctual, responsive, adaptable, and friendly. Definitely would rehire if we ever find ourselves back in the Springfield area.
