About Tiffany

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, dynamic, empathetic I like working with kids because I am good at making kids feel safe and valued. I'm looking for a job that feels rewarding and where I can make a real difference in kids' lives and grow while doing it. I started working with kids when I was 14, and I worked for a nonprofit whose mission was to increase youth literacy in underserved communities. In my spare time, I like to journal, read and meditate. One thing you should know about me is that I stay calm and patient, even when a kid is having a bad day. My skills include patience, empathy, and reliability. I stay calm when kids have big feelings, I notice when someone feels left out and I always show up and follow through.
