I'd describe my personality as dependable, resilient, and self-motivated. I'm looking for a job that will allow me to bring my whole self to work and leave space for collaboration. Going the route of private childcare requires a high level of trust in not only knowing your children are being well taken care of, but also knowing that they're learning and developing at a rate that's specific to their needs and abilities. Being able to learn your children and provide that tailored attention is what excites me about coming to work everyday. In my spare time, I like to enjoy the quiet of my home. Working with kids can be overstimulating at times, so I appreciate being able to go home to a space that allows me to decompress and approach my other passions with a more level head.
