Tigist is a truly exceptional care provider. She provided care for several months to my elderly mother who had multiple health issues including terminal cancer. Tigist has a background in hospice work and it shows in her kind, gentle manner as well as her experience with various caregiving tasks. Unlike some providers I have worked with, Tigist has an excellent work ethic, arriving on time, being proactive about care tasks, and staying engaged with mom. She was also good at keep me informed about changes she observed and offering suggestions on how to address certain challenges. I simply cannot recommend Tigist highly enough. She is a gem!
