I have cared for a number of animals over the past few years. I was a nanny for a while and the home had two dogs and a cat who would stay with me during the day while the kids were at school. We would go on walks, play, and make sure they had water and food through the day. In totally I've cared for about 7 dogs and 3 cats. I love animals and hope to one day be a pet owner myself (my daughter loves pets). I've never had to take care of any sick pets other than 1 cat who had a UTI and I simply just had to give him different food and lots of water.
