I'd describe myself as dependable, encouraging, and personable. I genuinely enjoy connecting with people and being someone they can rely on, whether that means lending a helping hand, staying active together, or simply providing good company. I have a bachelor's degree in Fitness & Wellness and professional experience working with older adults to improve strength, mobility, independence, and quality of life. My background includes clinical and therapeutic exercise, corrective exercise, and working one-on-one with people with a variety of physical needs. I believe senior care is about more than completing tasks. I value building genuine relationships, treating people with dignity and respect, and helping them remain as active and independent as possible. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and happy to assist with companionship, errands, transportation, and everyday needs.
