I also have a great sense of humor(at least I think so lol) My duties include, but are not limited to all aspects of personal hygiene care, mobility issues, safe transfers, Hoyer lift transfers, G&J tube care, med reminders, neb treatments, cpvt, stimulating conversation, outings, meal prep and just being a friend. I interviewed this lovely candidate for a night position for my elderly Mom, who has early Alzheimers. Tracey is absolutely delightful, with a wealth of experience and knowledge! My Mom's current aide works 24-hours, and I feel due to my Mom's recent decline, no aide should be sleeping on their shift. Unfortunately, my Mom had a violent tantrum when I told her she would now have two aides, and I felt it was best not to make the transition at this time to two aides. Otherwise, I certainly would have hired Tracey! Sweet Tracey, please know that once my Mom is more unaware, I will be calling you!
