About Tracy

In addition to my childcare experience, I also have over 10 years of providing compassionate care for the elderly through home health and personal care. I have supported individuals and families by assisting with daily living needs, companionship, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation. Much of my work has been with seniors experiencing Alzheimer's and dementia, where patience, empathy, and consistency were essential. I truly value creating a safe, respectful, and comforting environment, and I understand the importance of balancing independence with gentle support.
