About Travis

I'm a dedicated and passionate father of two with 25 years of teaching and tutoring experience. I believe learning should be fun and differentiated to meet the needs of alI learners. I started tutoring math in high school, Spanish in college, and supported students in all subjects when I began teaching full time. I also coached youth basketball after school and at a summer camp for many years. In 2010, I started teaching 8th grade algebra, robotics, and ran an innovation lab at a private school in Los Angeles. I earned my Master's Degree in Education in 2012 with a focus on 21st Century Learning and Instructional Leadership. Due to our growing family, we decided to relocate to the Denver area in July of 2021. I currently teach technology and innovation at a private school. I've worked recently with families here watching and teaching math and Spanish for students at elementary, middle, and high school.
