I cannot say enough good things about Tremaine! She is an experienced, capable nanny with previous experience as a daycare provider and director. Honestly, we originally hired her for a part time, temporary position while we waited for a daycare opening. But we loved her so much that we asked her to stay on as our permanent nanny. My spouse is extremely picky, and cautious. The fact that he now trusts Tremaine is a big endorsement. Tremaine is extremely profession. She took the initiative to create a lesson plan. Each month, we get an itinerary of the educational and social activities they will do. She takes our child outside every day and socializes her at a local Tot Lot. I love the screen free activities she does that are fun and educational. She is calm and caring. I appreciate her consistency and adaptability to the changes in our family.
