I have been doing full time nannying for the last five years and am looking for more part time work. I have worked as a lead teacher in a preschool as well as done after school program's at the elementary schools. I love to work with families the best because I get to know the child/children on a fun and personal level. I work hard to foster an environment that is enriching developmentally wise as well as inclusive to all different types of families. With my experience and knowledge in early childhood development I usually create a loose curriculum catered to each family I work with that include age appropriate sensory games, literacy/math activities, outdoor play, and teaching real world skills. I have done full time nannying with newborns, toddlers, and school age kiddos. I also have a certification in adult CPR/AED as well as pediatric CPR and First Aid. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tristyn. Tristyn is such an asset to any family. She was with us while our son was 5-8 months old and he absolutely loved her. She always kept him to a schedule for naps, food, outdoor strolling, music and fun creative activities. And if you have a baby under the age of 1 you know how challenging it is to come up with creative developmental play, but she was constantly surprising us and researching new activities. She was extremely reliable, has the sweetest disposition, and easy to work with as well. 10:10 recommend her.
