I believe in respecting each person's preferences; some enjoy companionship, while others value their quiet time--and I always strive to provide care that aligns with their individual needs. I have experience working with seniors facing various health challenges, and I take pride in building meaningful connections with them. Many of those I have cared for have expressed that they would love for me to stay with them long-term, which I consider a true honor.
