I hold CPR, First Aid, Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and Nutrition certifications. Along with caregiving, I have experience training seniors in senior living facilities, helping improve mobility, balance, strength, and overall wellness through safe fitness guidance and healthy lifestyle support. I assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, companionship, and daily activities while always focusing on each person's comfort and individual needs.
