Hello everyone, my name is Vaishali and I am 22 years old. I have three years of experience as a teacher's aid/assistant and a tutor at a Montessori school for kids ages 1-12. I love taking care of and working with kids, they have a creative and innocent energy that nothing else really compares to. I have lots of experience working with kids with special needs and also got my degree in Psychology at USF and have a background in behavior and child development.
