Hi there! My name is Valerie, and I'd love to be a member of the caregiving team for your kiddo(s)! I have 10 years of professional experience working with children in a variety of settings-from occasional childcare to full-time nannying to teaching. I'm an enthusiastic, caring, and responsible caregiver, and I value providing families with reliable, high-quality care and good communication. My childcare philosophy is to create a safe and positive environment and use evidence-based practices to give each child the individualized care they deserve. I am CPR/First Aid certified with a background in early childhood/elementary education, and I've worked with children 6wks-14yrs. I look forward to helping meet your childcare needs!
