About Valerie

Making a positive difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my passion. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide with 10 years of experience, I provide respite care, live-in home care, transportation, errands/shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. My high school degree gave me a foundation for this work. I am patient, calm, compassionate, friendly, and approachable. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I follow the family's preferred communication method. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I look forward to bringing my skills and dedication to your family.
