About Valerie

Hi! My name is Valerie, and I have a true passion for working with children. I currently provide childcare services at my church on Sundays and also work with LAUSD through the Youth Development Program (YDP), where I support children in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. I am bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish, which allows me to communicate effectively with both children and parents from diverse backgrounds. I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust with your children, and I take that responsibility seriously. I genuinely enjoy working with kids their energy, innocence, and personalities make this work so rewarding. I offer a range of services including: • Meal prep (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) • Light housekeeping • School pick-up and drop-off • Transportation to activities • Homework help and engaging activities My hourly rate ranges from $30-$40, depending on the family's needs.
