I'm very empathetic to people, especially with limitations, as I myself have some (ADHD). I am an older person myself, so I can understand the struggles older people have. I started out, caring for my parents. Running errands, light housekeeping, meals & companionship. I am currently working part-time for a Caregiver agency, as a homemaker and Personal Care. I work mainly with elderly clients. I cared for a dementia client for almost 2 years. I do Not smoke, am current with all my vaccinations including flu & Covid. I have my own transport, my license is current, and have had no accidents in close to 40 years. I am training for my C. N. A. license. I will have my CPR/first aid certificate as of Mar. 6, 2026 I look forward to hearing from you.

Valerie has been a caregiver to my wife and I for over a year. She has been a wonderful help to both of us (we are in our late seventies), especially to my wife, who has dementia. She has gone above and beyond anything that I had expected and has been a great comfort to my wife. I can give her the highest recommendation possible to anyone who needs help with their daily living situation.
