About Valerie

I started working with kids when I was 10 years old and I have loved it ever since. In my spare time, I like to do anything active, whether that's working out, hiking, playing pickleball, or golf. One thing you should know about me is that I have 16 nieces and nephews, so I have been around kids my whole life. I am currently working as an ABA intern with children, and I truly enjoy helping and supporting them. I have also spent many years babysitting and caring for kids. Working with children is something I am passionate about, and I love being a positive part of their lives. My strengths include showing empathy and understanding why children feel the way they do. I strive to make everyday activities fun, engaging, and meaningful for children. I also genuinely enjoy playing with kids, it is rewarding to see them in their element and to follow their lead during play, allowing them to explore, learn, and express themselves naturally.
