About Valerie

Hi there, my name is Valerie and I'm known as a balance of patient, calm, fun, and caring. I started babysitting at the age of 15 but fell into childcare and tutoring about 9 years ago. After finishing my first year of college, I began to focus on my main classes which included a variety of sociology, psychology, administrative justice, and childhood development courses. Throughout college I nannied, tutored, mentored, and developed great relationships in my time as a caretaker. My favorite age group are K to 3 but I have experience with ages from 18 months to 15 years. I just graduated and obtained my Masters in Counseling Psychology-Marriage Family Therapy. I am looking for a summer position while I prepare for my job position starting Mid December 2026- January 2027
