I have 4 years of experience working with children of different ages, and I bring a structured, patient, and engaging approach to every family I work with. With a background in behavior and child development, I focus on creating positive routines, encouraging appropriate behavior, and supporting learning through play and daily activities. I enjoy planning creative activities like arts and crafts, outdoor play, and educational games, while also helping with homework and school projects. I am CPR and First Aid certified, bilingual in English and Spanish, and comfortable assisting with daily routines, light housekeeping, and maintaining an organized environment. I communicate consistently with parents and adapt to each family's preferences to ensure a smooth and supportive experience.
