My experience started 8 years ago when I took care for 3 years of my mom, she had lupus. Right after that I have been taking care of my grandmother who is 87 years old. Some of my tasks with them were bathing and dressing, meal preparation, medication assistance, grocery shopping and entertainment. I also have been working with patients with Alzheimer's and dementia disease. I know seniors are well need of company and continuous supervision in which I always keep my attention on their needs and alert to any inconvenient. I love to take short walks or taken then for shopping, do some crafts, puzzles or just became a friend for talk. I will like to help you and meet you.

Val is extremely professional. She took great care of my elderly mother as well as helped me with getting my kids ready for school each day. We would have been lost without her. I could not recommend her enough!
