About Vanessa

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, inquisitive, and conscientious. I enjoy working with children because I love seeing them learn new things and gain confidence. Being able to support development is incredibly rewarding. I'm looking for a position where I can become a dependable part of a family's support system. My passion for working with children started with helping family friends. I realized how much I enjoyed building connections with kids and being a positive role model. Growing up in the Bay Area exposed me to many cultures and perspectives, helping me value diversity. I enjoy learning about other cultures and building connections with people from all walks of life. I have a multifaceted personality and take my responsibilities seriously and love being creative with the children I babysit. It's important to have open communication and build trust with parents in order to create an enjoyable experience for the kids.
