Personal Care Assistant. I am 65 yrs old. I've been a PCA/CNA for 20+ yrs now. I love to treat people the way I would like to be treated. Taking care of people is just one of my passions. I've taken care of people from 11 months to 102 yrs old with mild to critical disabilities and conditions. What I always like to think about is that a lot of the disabilities and conditions that people may have, they didn't ask for it and even though some may not be able to express themselves, just knowing that they are already having a tough time dealing with their situations makes me more sensitive, caring and sympathetic than I already am. So my role is to uplift them and treat them with courtesy, love and respect which they deserve. No heavy lifting at all, my preference is that the individual be mobile. My other passions are I love to travel, shop, bake & being in the community. .

Vanessa took great care of my mother. She is  more like family and went over and beyond for my family. ⁰

You rarely meet people that have found their calling in life.  If there was just one person in this world that 
 families can rely on with their loved ones' care and well-being, Vanessa is that person.  She has such an awesome spirit about her, you just can't help but love her like family and we do.  This site doesn't have enough stars to rate her appropriately.  You won't find better care.  Period.

She is a wonderful cook. She is very organized and detailed. She is stylish and neat. She is a wonderful travel companion.

I met Vanessa when she was caring for a Civil Rights Icon. She was a live in aide for a while. I was truly amazed at the level of care she provided him. You could tell this line of work is a true passion of hers. She always gave of 100% of care to him. I never saw him look bad, he was always  happy when she was around. He told me that it had been a long time since he was this content with any of his aides. Vanessa would go to church with him, they would sing together, eat meals together, he would tell jokes and just laugh. You  would think they were related, she treated him as if he was her family member. His visitors even complimented her services with him. After 3 months she was no longer a live in, other aides were hired so she was then the lead aide who did the training and everyone worked 12 hour shifts. She worked with him until his death. She was offered quite a few jobs from some very well known friends of his. VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!!!

Very caring the attention to detail is amazing plus she is an amazing cook and she a lot of patience.

Vanessa is a very dependable dedicated worker. Vanessa has a big heart and is very fun-loving. Vanessa always takes her jobs very serious. Vanessa always pays attention to  small details that could lead to bigger problems. Vanessa hands down will be a great asset to your company.

I find Vanessa to be very committed to her work. Extremely compassionate toward the people she serves. 
And amazingly knowledgeable on many levels. Vanessa is the one you would want in your corner in the time of need or crisis. Her trustworthiness, integrity, and honesty, are unmatched and someone you can truly depend on. I believe she would a great asset to your organization.
