About Verna

Hi there! My name is Verna, I am 26 yrs old and live in Rice. I've had experience working with children in different capacities: childcare centers, paraprofessional at a public school, camp counselor to school-agers, nanny and babysitter for various families. I have also enjoyed serving in children's ministries in my church for the past few years. I've been described as a joyful, honest, creative and patient person. I provide nurturing and attentive care to little ones while following their familiar routine. As a nature lover, I take children outside as much as possible to play, explore and learn. Some of my favorite things to do with them are going for walks, play dates, art projects, reading and singing. I am happy to help with light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, running errands, etc!
