About Veronica

Working as a nanny and teacher's assistant for over seven years, I have a deep interest and passion for childcare! I have cared for a vast variety of kids - from newborns to school-aged children. Working in childcare has been some of the most meaningful, profound, and rewarding work that I have ever done. Implementing gentle parenting approaches and creating and environment full of empathy, respect, understanding, and boundaries are central to my work as a nanny. The gentle parenting pedagogy of connection, communication, and consistency is something that I deeply resonate with and strive to practice and perfect in my role as a caregiver. I believe that the future depends solely on our children and how we raise them, so giving them the proper support as calm, caring, and strong figures in their lives while also letting them play, grow, be creative, and make their own mistakes is essential in our roles as their caregivers!
