Veronica is BEYOND exceptional! It was immediately clear how much she genuinely loves working with children, and our kids absolutely adore her. They’ve had several nannies before, but none have connected with them instantaneously the way Veronica has! They constantly ask for her and are always excited when she’s coming. We never hear the end of " When is Ms. Veronica going to be here." She has the balance of being warm and engaging, while still maintaining structure, safety, and routine. (Something that many others stuggle to do )We always feel completely confident leaving our children in her care. She is reliable, communicative, and consistently goes above and beyond. We couldn’t recommend her more highly to any family in the Newport/ Irvine area.
