Highly punctual and incredibly passionate about her work. She was attentive, detail-oriented, and very thorough throughout the entire cleaning process. She was especially understanding when it came to very dirty spaces and was always respectful and careful with my belongings. She even shared helpful cleaning advice and tips along the way, which I really appreciated. I would 100% recommend her to my family, friends, and roommates. Fue super puntualy muy atenta y detallista con todo, además de ser muy amable y respetuosa. Se encargo completamente de limpiar espacios que estaban bastante sucios y siempre tuvo mucho cuidado con mis cosas. Incluso me dio varios tips de limpieza que me ayudaran en el futuro tambien. Veti is a lifesaver! She came into our extremely messy house and with no instructions made it gorgeous!! I am so impressed with how much she was able to get done. She is so kind, timely, and thorough. She didn’t judge me for my mess. Definitely will be hiring for weekly cleaning! I very much recommend her. 

Veti did an amazing job cleaning our entire on-base four bedroom home in a single day. She was responsive to messages, on-time for the appointment, and our housing office final inspection had no issues. Will recommend to all acquaintances for cleaning services.

Veti stated that she had experience but we hired her to do daily cleanings and 1 deep clean a week and after 1 week it was obvious she lacked experience, attention to detail, or simply needed to be micromanaged. She broke a glass and never told us, left dirty dishes in the sink, and dirty towels in the bathroom. The house never felt clean. She never let us now when she arrived or left and I'm hard pressed to believe she spent more than 20 minutes each day even though we agreed on 12-15 hours each week. Would not recommend. 

Veti has been excellent with communication and done a good job with housekeeping tasks for my daughter and her housemates.  Appreciate her!

I hired Veti and she was prompt. She had an issue with the size of the house and wanted more $$ than what we discussed. She 1/2 vacuumed the rooms. She literally stopped at the halfway point of my closet and I had to ask her to finish. My kitchen doesn't appear to have been swept or mopped at all. The fridge didn't appear wiped down and the mirrors were cloudy. I had to come behind her today, after she was here yesterday. Not sure if I would hire again. She seemed like she was ready to work, but not sure what happened.

Everything looked amazing after she cleaned our home. Punctual and easy to set up a time with. Very much strongly recommend her.

Veti is a sweetheart. Answered all my questions, responds to messages in a short time, and was flexible when I needed to reschedule. She was quick and efficient. She even organized my supplies.

Veti charged me $450 for an initial deep clean.. I was so disappointed.. She literally left the trash bags sitting in the kitchen, didn't take out the trash in other rooms, left toothpaste and hair in the bathroom sink, faucets not wiped down. I took pictures of everything and sent them to her (she left while I was in a meeting and couldn't step out) and expected her to have some explanation such as she had to leave for an emergency and wasn't finished, but that was not the case. I feel as if this was a scam because no reasonable person would say this was a good cleaning. It wasn't even average, let alone for what she said was a deep clean! She said she had to do a deep clean before getting me on the regular schedule, which I understand, but this was not even passable for a regular clean. Dressers not dusted, parts of the living room floor not vacuumed, master bath floor was not touched, not swept and certainly not mopped. I have pictures of how she left my home. Total rip off. Beware!

Veti has been amazing from the moment she responded to my request all the way through completion of cleaning my home! She responded quickly and I was able to schedule my first clean within days of talking with her.  This was my first time have a housecleaning ever and she put my mind at ease. She arrived when scheduled did a walk through with me and she and her cousin began. They worked their magic and were very respectful of my home and things. They even talked to my cats (even they weren't fearful)! I knew from the beginning I would love to have her back on a schedule and was able to setup my day of the week. My house is clean, smells amazing, and walking around barefoot was definitely possible! If Veti can fit within your schedule, hire her! Her pricing is reasonable and they do a phenomenal job!

Veti started with me on a very deep clean and left my place sparkling clean. I plan to hire her on a regular basis. She was also punctual and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend her!

Veti, was a life saver! I needed assistance with returning my rental home back to my landlord after 4 years of living "on the go." She tackled stubborn areas, I had tried to clean with little success. Veti is a cleaning all star, bringing all supplies and the right equipment to get tough jobs done! Thanks for the help, I will definitely hire again!
