Hi families! My name is Vianna, and I have experience working with children of different ages, including children with autism and special needs. I am patient, dependable, calm under pressure, and passionate about creating a safe and supportive environment where children feel comfortable and understood. I have experience helping with structured routines, transitions, emotional regulation, play activities, bedtime routines, meals/snacks, and keeping children engaged in a positive way. I understand the importance of consistency, communication, and adapting care to each child's unique needs and personality. In addition to childcare, I also have experience leading swim lessons for children with autism, which has strengthened my ability to work with patience, encouragement, and individualized support.
