We interviewed Cecilia and were very impressed with her. She is the only nanny who brought a bag of activities which she had created by hand to entertain and educate the kids she worked with. My four-year-old was crawling all over me during the interview and she pulled out some bowling pins and a bowling ball. When he knocked over a pin with the ball, she showed him the word she had taped to it and had him say the sound. We both loved it. She seemed full of energy and great ideas. We did not select Cecelia because my husband wanted someone who could swim with the kids, but I was sorry not to go with Cecilia because I really liked her.
