Hello! My name is Victoria, and I am passionate about providing compassionate, dependable care that helps seniors maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life. Since 2019, I have gained valuable experience working as a Patient Care Coordinator, Medication Technician, and Certified Home Health Aide. Through these roles, I have developed strong skills in medication management, meal preparation, companionship, personal care assistance, and supporting daily living activities. I have experience caring for individuals with dementia and understand the importance of patience, flexibility, and creating a calm, reassuring environment. I believe every senior deserves to be treated with kindness, respect, and compassion. I am First Aid trained and committed to providing safe, attentive care while keeping families informed and involved.
