My name is Jean. I was a live-in home health aide in Franklin Lakes. Victoria (Vicky) worked for me for four-and-one-half years, assisting me in the home health care of Mrs. "K". Vicky did an outstanding job in every way. Her normal schedule was Wednesdays and Saturdays. She ALWAYS arrived at work a few minutes before her scheduled starting time. She was flexible with the schedule, whenever I needed extra time. She also accommodated me when I occasionally needed her to work on Sunday. Vicky was extremely diligent in her care for Mrs. "K", who walked with a walker. Vicky's main concern was to keep her safe. In that regard, Vicky was aware of her every move. Mrs. "K" trusted Vicky enough to allow her to shower her, and wash her hair, as needed. Vicky prepared breakfast and lunch, as well as an occasional dinner. Saturday was my full day off. When I got back, the house had been thoroughly cleaned by Vicky. The highest compliment that I can give Vicky is that she went "above and beyond", doing whatever she could to make the job easier for me. She worked with the utmost integrity; and she will do the same for you. You will find her to be honest and trustworthy. If there were a 10-star rating,I would give her a ten. Thank you!
