Hi my name is Victoria. I feel strongly about a nurturing, developmental approach to educate and care of young children, and I create a space for joy to grow in. I bring over eight years of dedicated experience working with children and over 4 years working with children on the autism spectrum. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified professional, I have honed my skills in providing compassionate and effective care for children with diverse needs.
