Making a difference in people's lives is my calling. With 6 years of experience providing home health, hospice services, dementia/medical management support, as well as practical experience in a skilled nursing facility , I'm committed to the well-being of adults and seniors. My nursing degree has provided me with a solid foundation. I am a Licensed Practical Nurse & CPR certified. I have special skills experience with wound care, vent/trach, gtube geriatrics and pediatric patients. My approach is compassionate, empathetic, friendly, and professional. I prioritize earning trust and handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes with patience, often de-escalating stressful situations. I provide verbal updates and electronically daily reports, adapting to your preferred communication style. I have a car, and I'm comfortable with pets.
