About Victoria

Hi! I'm Vic, I have 4+ years of full time nanny experience with children ages newborn to 9 years old. I am CPR/First Aid certified, have a clean driving record, and verifiable references. I'm well versed in Montessori and Reggio-Emilia philosophies, redirection and positive discipline, developmental milestones, baby led weaning, and sleep training. My biggest passion as a caregiver is facilitating a warm, supportive enviornment for children to build confidence and independence. Sharing my love for crafts, music, and nature is a plus too! Open communication and dependability are important to me as I strive to give families peace of mind.
