About Victoria

I have over 5 years of experience caring for infants and toddlers, and I truly love creating a safe, nurturing, and joyful environment where little ones can grow and feel secure. I'm attentive to each child's unique needs and enjoy supporting their development through play, routines, and lots of patience and care. My background also includes 6 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where I developed a strong sense of responsibility, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in any situation. I also spent 2 years as a Lifestyle Director in a memory care unit, planning meaningful activities and creating engaging daily routines-skills I love bringing into caring for children. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and I always prioritize safety while making sure your child feels loved, supported, and happy.
