About Victoria

Tori was with our family for over three years, caring for our two children from infancy (3 months) and toddlerhood (2 years) all the way through their transition to full time school. She wasn't just a nanny for us, she became a cornerstone in our family and remains a deeply cherished figure in our kids' loves. Tori is endlessly patient, kind, and deeply intuitive. She navigated every developmental milestone alongside us with incredible expertise, from potty training and adjusting nap schedules to supporting us through behavioral changes and neuropsychology evaluation. She was a true advocate for each child's unique needs, always advocating for what was best for their individual growth and confidence. Academically and developmentally, she set our kids up for extraordinary success in transitioning to school. Through play led learning, craft projects, custom lessons, she taught them letter recognition, writing, sight reading and phonics, counting, addition and foundational math. Both our children entered kindergarten well above end of year expectations, missing none of the fun along the way! She balances early academic preparation with crucial emotional regulation skills, tireless play and genuine fun, she's always down to get right on their level engaging with them. Our children adore her endlessly - they still ask to video call her regularly - and the confidence she instilled in them is a gift that will last a lifetime.
