About Victoria

I'd describe my personality as trustworthy, independent, and reliable I like working with kids because I could make a positive impact in their life such as teaching them something new. I'm looking for a job that works with my school schedule and that the family does not cancel on me last minute I started working with kids ever since I was younger. It started off with my younger sister as well as watching little cousins her age. I would entertain them by giving them activities to do and letting them plan out fun games. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and friends. I enjoy cooking meals and occasionally baking. One thing you should know about me is I am reliable and will be prompt when I am needed. My skills include active listening to both parents and child to come to an agreement within both. I am empathetic with the child and reminding them that their feelings are valid, also including the reasonings behind if they do something wrong or they get upset.
