I grew up with several dogs, they have always been a huge part of my life! I started training my own dogs when I was very young. I understand them and they understand me. My most special companion came into my life when I was 10 years old and he was 8 weeks old. My mom said he was mine and only mine as long as I took full responsibility for him. That was a no brainer for me! As a child I wanted nothing more than to have my own dog. I had him by my side until I was 25 and he was 15. He taught me as much about myself as I thought I had taught him. Dogs are my specialty but I have also had cats and tropical fish! I am an all around animal lover and I know how to care for them, because I know how I would want mine cared for.
