About Victoria

I have over four years of hands-on experience working with children in both educational and therapeutic settings. As a mom, I bring patience, empathy, and real-life understanding to every child I support. My background includes serving as a paraprofessional in an elementary school, where I worked closely with autistic students on individualized learning and behavioral goals. I also worked as a lead toddler teacher in a daycare, creating a safe, engaging environment for early development. Currently, I work as a Behavioral Health Technician, helping children build positive behaviors, gain confidence, and develop essential life skills.
