About Vilma

As a caregiver with 20 years of experience, I am passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children. My previous babysitting roles have equipped me with the skills to provide a reliable childcare option for families. Patient, calm, creative, imaginative, and friendly, I establish open lines of communication with parents through daily written reports and verbal communication at pickup. I am comfortable following the parents' lead in enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. With a graduate degree and coursework in early child development, I am certified in First Aid and CPR. I can help with carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I am available to care for up to two children, across all age groups, and I am fluent in both English and Russian.
