I had a past child care business when my son was a baby. It was a wonderful way to have income and also be home with my son. I created a calendar of daily meals and activities. We always had a lot of fun. Our days consisted of craft time, reading, a walk to the park, kiddie pool & water hose play , nap time and meals. I am also an avid animal lover and enjoyed rescuing and volunteering at two shelters in Nassau county, Fl. I am a veteran of the US Coast Guard and Army National Guard. While raising my son as a single mom, I did all kinds of jobs such as, childcare, caring for mentally disabled adults, administrative assistant, and even drove a semi. Now that my son is all grown up and on his own, I can say I am very proud of the man he has become.
